To ensure your stay is smooth and secure, we kindly ask all guests to review and follow our booking policies outlined below.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon

⏰ Late Check-out Policy:

• A 50% charge of the room rate applies for check-outs between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

• Full rate applies for check-outs after 6:00 PM.

2. Room Key Policy

• Guests must submit their hotel room key at the reception when going out of the premises.

• Lost or unreturned keys may result in additional charges.

3. Guest Property & Liability

• KSSD Hotel is not liable for the loss of any valuables not deposited or kept at the reception.

• Guests are responsible for personal belongings left in the rooms — such items are kept strictly at the owner’s risk.

4. Food & Beverages Policy

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed into the hotel premises.

• Guests are encouraged to make use of our on-site restaurant, pool bar, and sport bar for meals and refreshments.

5. Rates & Price Adjustments

• Room and facility rates are subject to change.

• Management reserves the right to adjust rates at short notice.

6. Booking & Payments

• Full payment is required upon check-in.

• Payments can be made via cash, transfer, or accepted card methods.

• Room reservations are held up until the confirmed check-in time. Late arrivals must notify reception in advance.
